The seminar on new media platforms operations and management for has officially kick off in Beijing, China.
The two weeks seminar running from 17the to 30th October 2025 drew media professionals from belt and road countries, including Gambia Berbedos, Panama, Jordan, Botswana, Turkey and Nigeria.
The seminar is organized by the Research Training Institute in collaboration with the National Radio and Television Adminstration (NRTA).
The National Radio and Television Adminstration (NRTA) is a ministerial level government department directly under the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, responsible for the administration and supervision of radio, television and online audio-video service in China.
Mr. Chang Jin, board member of the National Radio and Television Adminstration said media plays a crucial role in shaping popular.
He further outlined an outlined an overview of Chinese culture and traditions.
“An ideal society: everything under heaven is for everybody. Governance theory: The people are the foundation of the state. Traditional unity: All lands be connected together. Mulu diverties be unified as one. Emotions on responsibility of family and country: train yourself, maintain the family, govern the family and bring peace to all under heaven. Economic ethics: enrich the people and strengthen livelihoods, balance righteousness and benefit.” he said.
Participants will immerse into various topics and skills, including trends of new media platforms, Content Development and IP Creation on New Media Platforms, The Metaverse and the Future of Media, New Media Environment among others, and a cultural exchange visit to Juyongguan Great Wall.
